5. International transfers

Some processors (e.g. Google, Discord, Paddle) are based outside your country, including the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and gameplay/leaderboard data for as long as needed to operate the game and its history. Security logs are kept for a limited period. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

8. Children

Slipgap is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. Advertising is not targeted to children.

9. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions use signed HTTP-only cookies, and we apply rate-limiting and anti-abuse measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
