Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Slipgap (slipgap.io) is operated by Ward Daily Ward János Richárd E.V. — a sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary, tax number 48909770-1-43, 1185 Budapest, Poprád utca 17., trading as anologiq (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the game.
1. The service
Slipgap is a free, browser-based daily game provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Slipgap. If you create an account, you’re responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Fair play
Slipgap is a skill leaderboard. You agree not to cheat, automate, script, or otherwise manipulate runs; not to probe, bypass or interfere with the anti-cheat or server re-simulation; and not to disrupt the service or other players. We may invalidate runs, remove scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Cosmetics & payments
Cosmetic items are optional, purely visual, and confer no gameplay advantage. Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction. Cosmetics are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a virtual item within Slipgap; they have no real-world or monetary value. Except where required by law (including EU/UK consumer rights), purchases are non-refundable.
5. Your content
You’re responsible for content you provide — nicknames and any avatar image you upload. You must have the right to use it, and it must not be illegal, infringing, hateful, or obscene. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display that content within the game (for example, your avatar on your dot and on the leaderboard). We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Slipgap, including its code, design, brand and the “Slipgap” name, is owned by anologiq. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers
The game is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores/leaderboards will always be available or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, anologiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Slipgap. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Slipgap and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
